Returning Swimwear

You can return a swimsuit, but there are a few rules to keep in mind. In general, you have a 14-day return period, but swimwear is subject to exceptions due to hygiene reasons. You may try on the swimsuit, but it must be unused and in its original condition, including any hygiene strips.

Return period
You have 14 days to return your purchase, but swimwear is an exception due to hygiene concerns.

Hygiene
Swimwear may be tried on, but it must be unused and in its original condition, including any hygiene strips. Otherwise, the return may be refused.

Original condition
The swimsuit must be undamaged and, if possible, returned in its original packaging, according to a swimwear website.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be replaced via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
